So I’m reading a Paul Bloom article entitled The Moral Life of Babies, discussing whether or not babies are moral agents.  In reading this, I came across an interesting statement:

“To have a genuinely moral system, in other words, some things first have to matter, and what we see in babies is the development of mattering.”

…Shit guys, I’m scared.  I’ve been trying to figure out what matters for a while, and I think I’m gonna be trying to figure that shit out for a little while longer… I guess I am, and forever will be, a baby.
